The purple Wedding

Our second wedding of last week used purple as it's main colour with white as an accent.  It took a while for this bride to narrow down her choices but was very happy with the finished product.

A purple mix
Courtney wanted something dramatic for her own bouquet so we went with an all purple mix that worked well with the maid's purple dresses.

White with dark greenery
All five of the girls carried these white bouquets that were accented with strong green throughout.

The bride provided the flower girl basked wiht sweet ribbon and rhinestone details.  We filled it with white and purple roses accented with a bit of freesia to match both the bride and the maids.
Freesia and Mokara blooms for the leading man
The Groom got a bout to match his bride and all his groomsmen wore all white bouts of freesia.
The altar
Faith Covenant was the setting for the ceremony and since it didn't have an altar we built one out of a folding table.  The linens came from Planned Perfectly and worked perfectly for what we had in mind.
Two large accent pieces (which were later moved to the Reception) were complimented buy two smaller pieces and the most flattering light of all, candle light!
Here's a secret.....these candle holders usually decorate our master bedroom!

The bride provided the sand ceremony

The reception was at the Hilton and the linens were once again provided by Planned Perfectly.  The centerpieces were short vases wrapped in leaves and filled with white hydrangea and curly willow branches.  Simple but pretty!

The same arrangement sat on the Guest Book Table as well but was highlighted by fragrant purple rose petals

Of course, we also added some flowers to the Ladies Washroom for an extra touch of class

Congratulations Courtney!  We wish you much happiness as you settle into life in your new Condo!!
