Pretty like a peacock

Chelsea and Curtis, Just Married!!

Friday was a major production and the results were amazing.  I have been working with Chelsea and her mom on this wedding for the past few months.  In a first for us, we helped not only with the flower and decor planning but also with vendor selection, day of coordination as well as a full set up and take down of linens and all other rentals.  Usually we stick to decor only and consult with brides regarding linens etc but this time around we decided to try our hand at it all and were so pleased with the results.  More importantly so were the couple and their parents!

Chelsea knew the colours she wanted to work into the wedding but wasn't sure how and where she wanted them to appear.  Together we worked out a plan that was both modern and crisp and sparkly and fun at the same time.  The colours were white and turquoise with hits of vibrant blue thanks to the dendrobium orchids used in bouquets and centerpieces.

There are a million details shots to show you but I was honestly so busy running around that I hardly had time to take any.  I will be as excited as Chelsea to see the photographers pictures when they come in.

These flowers stations (my BFF named them that, lol) flanked the altar for the ceremony

Tear drop cascade for the bride

A linear bouquet for her four maids

Guest book with rented Chandler

The bride's Fathers speech centered on the quote you see framed above

The entrance at Bel Acers has a mirrored ledge that adds a ton of sparkle

There were two of these giant columns on either side of the room

We made a chalk board with a vintage frame for Candy Bar info

The candy bar all covered up (due to some nasty flies) for after dinner

Table Centers, with custom numbers, menus and programs

Maids bouquet on the head table

You know what these are by now!!

Each napkin had a peacock feather tucked in with the candy bags

The ceremony pieces were moved over after the service.  What a focal point for behind the head table!

Beaded curtains added sparkle to the stunning backdrop of the golf course.

This wedding was detail heavy and from the peacock feathers at each setting to the over sized 9 hour tea lights and floating candles we provided nothing was overlooked.  We also had large crystals for the candy bar, tied each stem of orchids with a vintage chandelier teardrop crystal for extra sparkle, used up lighting to accent the head table and sourced the grooms fave chocolate bar that is only available in the states.  It was a lot of work to be sure but the results were well worth it.

Thank you Chelsea and Curtis (And Cheryl too!!!) for choosing us to work with you on your wedding day.
