Rustic Glam at Pineridge Hollow

Another unique September wedding took place at the always beautiful, Pineridge Hollow. The bride and her mom came to us only a few weeks before their “second” wedding was to take place. Ashleigh and husband, Yo were married one year ago in France but weren't able to have all their Winnipeg family attend so they decided to throw another celebration with a full ceremony and reception. Who wouldn't want two weddings?!

He sang to her during the ceremony. Lucky girl!!!

The bride knew she wanted something a little “undone” looking and not so structured for her and her 5 maids. We came up with a soft mix of light pink roses, white hydrangea, peach hypericum berries, seeded eucalyptus, some curly willow and a few other interesting elements. They were each finished off with a burlap stem wrap which is an unexpected combination, but creates a really pretty look.

We also assembled the centerpieces which were actually dried, green hydrangea from the MOB's garden with some curly willow in mason jars.

The Rustic Glam look has been so hot this season and we're absolutely loving it! By mixing raw materials, like burlap and wood, with glam touches, like jewels and ribbon, you can easily DIY this look. This is the guest book piece created from white and green hydrandea, pink roses, glads, lots of greens and some willow.

Congrats Ashleigh and Yo on renewing those oh-so-important vows! Thank you for letting us be a part of your second celebration!
